Nagomi Art Workshop Series

Planned, promoted, and supported a series of Japanese-style soft pastel art workshops for multi-generational participants. Through hands-on creative activities, the workshops encouraged community

engagement, artistic expression, and meaningful in-person experiences.

DPW Filter Exchange Events 

Coordinated 12–15 filter exchange events across multiple locations, working closely with internal teams and external auto parts partners such as O’Reilly Auto Parts and AutoZone to support smooth planning, communication, and on-site execution.

Athlete's Management Project

Supported athlete management by coordinating job inquiries and partnership opportunities for athletes, including a 2020 Olympic Games participant and Hong Kong freestyle football player Lyson Sze. This project featured Lyson’s sharing session and live performance at a middle school in Hong Kong, creating an engaging experience for students beyond the sports field.

OneHouse Arts Public & Private Events

Supported the planning and on-site execution of public and private events at OneHouse Arts, managing event flow, guest experience, and promotional details. My role focused on creating smooth, interactive
experiences that helped strengthen brand awareness and community connection.

Great Harvest Group Corporate Banquet 

Coordinated event logistics for a large-scale banquet with over 1,000 guests, working closely with internal teams, venue representatives, emcees, photographers, and other stakeholders. I helped
structure the event rundown, support keynote speech preparation, and ensure each program segment was executed smoothly.

Luncheon with All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC)
